The indexd bootstrap files are available at :
http://j-dog.net/counterparty/

These bootstrap files should be downloaded and extracted to the indexd data directory located at :
~/federatednode/data/indexd/

These downloads are very large and should be downloaded using wget --continue

wget --continue http://j-dog.net/counterparty/indexd-testnet.tgz
wget --continue http://j-dog.net/counterparty/indexd-mainnet.tgz

When the files are downloaded simply extract them and start up indexd/indexd-testnet

You can monitor the status of indexd on your local server at :
Mainnet - http://<ip_address>:8432/status
Testnet - http://<ip_address>:18432/status
