I think submitions are not tecknically closed, just not been proseesed at the moment. Rules on image sizes is the image for the directory has to be 400 560 (so supply image link on submitions page as 400 560), but the image on the asset can be larger, there is a burn address where you send the dankmemecash, once sent copy paste the transaction hash, as that is needed for submitions.
