there are 2 ways ...
#1 Use a decent laser printer and heavyweight card (not as easy as said due to heavy card being a major ballache for most printers)
#2 Use a dedicated plastic ID card printer

Is there a specific company that does it all for you and just pay for their service? Lol

Either way you're looking at a decent chunk of change for the solution unless you outsource

I dont outsource, I bring it inhouse so I cant answer as I have never really looked

but that one encodes the cards too (just need to make sure the encoder has a real case use else its $600 for no reason added on)

It can do scratch panels too, so I need to see if I can get key pairs "streamed" to it (meaning each card has diff key pairs)

I guess ideally there would be an upgrade to xcp that enabled an asset to be escrowed when created or to have its own claimable key
