Cheese and pepper:
Find some buccatini pasta or other high quality thick spaghetti like noodles
The best ingredients are required for the dish or it won't turn out good. You have to have real pecorino Romano. It's like Parmsean but made from sheeps milk. You must toast some black and white peppercorns in a dry pan. You know they are toasted when you smell them in the air. Move them around a lot while they are toasting. You have to use the mortar and pedestal to crush them. The pasta water must be salty like the Atlantic Ocean, not the Pacific. You have to use Mediterranean salt. The cheese has to be grated perfectly. Boil the pasta 3-5 minutes take some of the pasta water to your pan and keep it hot. When the noodles are not done yet, take them from the pot of salt water to your pan, slowly add cheese, sprinkle it. Slowly add more water, keep doing this and never stop moving the pan. Swirl and toss it. When the noodles are almost perfect al dente and the cheese water and starch from noodles is almost emulsified add the perfect amount of black pepper you toasted. Swirl and toss til perfect glaze. Swirl and toss with a squeeze from a fresh lemon. Watch for the lemon seed to fall out. Serve immediately

You can use 1 pint of fresh garlic and cover in olive oil. Put it in a very small pot just cover it. Brown the garlic in there then let it cool a bit. Puree it in the blender then cool it down quickly so it doesn't spoil. Use just a little in any sauces or in pastas salad dressing. Keep in the fridge or freeze some

Pack a blender with fresh herbs you love and be sure to use a lot of flat leaf parsley. Cover with Grape seed oil and turn on the blender on very high. Blend it til its steaming from the top. Strain the pulp of the herbs with a coffee filter and you have very green and flavorful oil for dressing

Fresh tomato sauce is very easy to have around for things.
In a big pot Sautee some red onions, fennel or celery, chpped garlic, carrots or parsnips, then add a bunch of canned tomatoes to it. Chopp the tomatoes up some. Put a Italian sausage in there to cook with it and some fresh basil. Leave the basin on the plant and put the whole thing so you can take it out at the end. Same with sausage. Simmer it for 40 mins and Don scorch the bottom. After that you can put it in the food processor or use a immersion blender or something to sauce it up. Cool it off and keep as ingredient -
