fees only go down when there is less data in the pool

its the amount of data swimming around that causes the rise.
Then people "FEE RACE" and so things rise ....

We are now at Unconfirmed 174,396 TXs
when we were at 225K at one point and fees were in the 100s of sats v/B

I get that part I was just unsure about into the future as miners keep coming online, if that has an affect.
