If a lot of your cards are higher supply and you sub a 50 supply card chances are it won’t be held to 111 standard

The point of the minimum is to have that much supply, burning defeats the purpose of the supply rule but retrospectively after approved not much can be done but obviously distributing prior to the burn is a grey area
