Forcing sales by creating scarcity is rarely a profitable plan in the long game and as we saw with RAREPEPEs ... the game IS long ....

Some burns are profitable, as u say u should think about issuance before minting, some burns are good, but on most/all ur cards not a great idea -

So, I started by making a number of low issue cards, some sold, but they were'nt hugely popular really.
Over time I created a structure on size of release and series i.e. The Art Masters are all 21-35 at time of release ..
But now I also make cards that have 1000's
Giveawaypepe and Maxaddresses etc... they sell REALLY well even though they're really cheap .... and they're still selling ... cos they're cheap .... -

When creating tokens, at time of mint, I make 100, its become automatic to do that ... just make 100 and deal with the rest once its confirmed.
Then I burn down to my desired size (like an Art Master will go to somewhere betwen 21-35) ... if its one of the wacky ones I'll increase supply to desired number then lock it.
If its a "normal" card, it stays at 100 and gets locked.
I want burns to be uber rare on my stuff now (post publishing that is)
