I don't think that he's looking to fund the project (I assume materials + equipment wouldn't be cheap), but isn't looking for compensation or rent if the art is dope. Asks that artists working on the building be insured.
The available wall is in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philly, and is about 40x50 wide by two stories tall.
He sounds open to Pepe-related art if connection to BTC is part of it, or other Bitcoin-positive pieces. Open to permanent painted mural on the building or a giant vinyl piece hung with grommets.
