when you create token, issue between 21 and 10K units. in a second transaction, lock token. Then submit your locked asset.
Locking means you can then not issue additional units anymore (inflate) but only reduce issuance (destroy) -
that's what I've done, I've created in the 1st transaction 300 from counterwallet and then, once I've added the image with the url, I've blocked it and it says that there will be 0 tokens left, is that correct?

Lock issuance should not change number of assets so there could have gone something wrong. If you have to redo, consider to use freewallet.io instead of counterwallet.
