You can also post-pay the fee in a sense using Child Pays for Parent (CPFP) tx where you send BTC with that same address with a much higher fee. Miners will consider the two txs as a set and look at the total sum of the fee. Ie: make sure the subsequent txs have a fee greater than the average needed for the sum of two transactions.
