The ‘devoted collector’ base is like 20 ppl for Fakes past few months. Most people want to skip almost every drop and then get salty when they can’t get the hot ones from popular artists outside of the Fake community. If people are unwilling to buy the majority of cards that the Fake community members make I don’t see a reason to make it easy for them to get the specific ones they want tbh.

Flippers are a pretty significant part of the NFT market in general. Remove them from the equation and artists don’t make as much money. Also there is no easy way for us to allowlist collectors of popular Ethereum artists for a drop on Counterparty. Allow listing based on Fakes owned means most of their collectors won’t have a chance which doesn’t make sense to me.
Reality is there isn’t a way to make everyone happy. I think the subscriber list is an appropriate way of making things easy for the top supporters of the community while also keeping things fair for everyone else who wants to try to buy. -
Having popular artists from outside the space release Fake Rares is the best way to grow the community as far as I can tell. If you limit their drops to only pre-existing community members you don’t grow the community at all.

I spend every btc I recieve from my art on pepes but am not a wealthy person and my stuff doesn't sell like some. When I try to acquire something hyped I typically either can't afford it or am just not capable of beating the rush. DOODLEPEPE was an interesting approch where I could actually get a vex fake without the crazy eth rush. That felt good man.
I wasn't in the top 100 at the time of Tjo's drop but I am now and I like that possability. Yes I circulate my earning back into the community and I see the ones (filooopers) taking the liquidity over to eth and bying dickel butts and feet picks. To each their own. I also see when sought after eth artists do a fake all these buyers rush in but don't stick around. It makes for good visability and flippers are part of the eco system, I understand that but if my situation could be included some way to give myself other like me the ability to get in those drops that would be great. Thanks for bringing this up. I didn't think people really cared about the subject. -

maybe there will be an easy way to AL their eth collectors in the future (as well as adding top 250 or whatever fake rare collectors) at the moment though it would be time intensive/very manual process -

First of all u didn’t give the pps anything the pps instead of doing 15% of the proceeds on ur drop it takes half in cards and half in proceeds. The pps is a business not a non profit. Do u really think an operation like that can run on a .02 btc profit it will make on an average drop?
When lets say an artist makes half a bitcoin .50 btc thats .0375 btc.
Other platforms which i will not name take 35%-to 50% of the proceeds imagine that. The pps has actually helped the eco-system not hindered it.
The pps works in good faith to help everyone in the eco system including yourself. I make every effort to be fair and consistent with everyone. I even buy everyones drops including ur selves, vvd does as well and a whole bunch of other unsung heroes that have held the line throughout the bear. -
