this will take you to the asset on xchain (think of it as etherscan if youre from that world)

If you see "This is an official card in the Fake Rare project" green banner, you're good

the other way is to click the other link in the opensea details, which will take you straight to the xchain explorer that holds the card. Then click through the asset on that page and look for the same official green barrier above...

It’s quite a trust thing to give out physical addies. Scarce city is a good example where it works. I tested current OTC mood with FAKENESS paper wallets few weeks ago and not too many opted for such an oldschool approach.
To avoid some of the risks, I’ll soon make a dispenser with a redeem-token buyers destroy while providing their @handle in tx msg. That seems quite a safe way.
I’ll also put some of the paper wallets on scarce city later this month as a second distro channel.🍃 -
