Some book-keeping inspiration i just worked on;
Create an EXCEL or NUMBERS for your NFT sales and put each day of the year on a row starting by January 1 – December 31.
At the year end, you can paste a historical dataset of a Bitcoin or Ether pair, in my case BTC/CHF with a few tricks in one go, which saves me a ton of time as I don’t have to manually fill in the daily BTC/CHF values but grab it once and done.
Only thing is, I need to cumulate sales per day, as adding several sales to a date (day) manually would require some restructure of the pasted dates and prices set, which is a bit annoying.
I’m no pro at all but it’s cool to think about self-made formats and structures that will make life easier in 2024 🙋♂️ -

Yah what I do is, I try to keep the books in a way that if a tax guy puts down my pants, I can show them my lists but will not show them my public addresses right away. Ofc. if they want, they can find me from assetnames but I feel more comfy having that little layer in between me and the tax people. I only give them as much as I really have to.
