I'm thinking new projects where financing depends on tokenisation. Project gets developped on paper, let's say one big rental building. costs lets say 10M. Now you crate the Asset, 1000 Mints possible. every Mint represents 1/1000 of the Building. now you can have up to 1000 potential investors which can invest in a fair way. Every Mint sheds 1/1000 of the rent paid every month.
the idea is maybe not fully thought out but this is how i picture it.
