If you have created a card and distributed it and NOT submitted it for inspection by the scientists yet, you have until friday to submit your card... after that, no more cards that have been distributed before inspection will be allowed to be included in the rare doge directory.

correct.... cant have ppl peddling cards as "this is gonna be a rare doge" before it is inspected by the scientists.... so, this rule solves that problem... also would advise to not disclose artwork until AFTER the card is inspected by scientists... otherwise someone could steal your artwork and submit using another asset name.

why do you want to use a dispenser wallet as a wallet for raredogecash i dont understand the reason?

So like I don’t have enough doge for the application fee on my main wallet bc I bought up a lot of asset names yesterday ran out fairly quickly so I was planning on buying rare cash with doge from the dispenser to use for the submission fee

i do understand the reason, but the first step should be to send the doge out of the dispenser wallet to your main wallet first

if the dispenser is still active, you can close the dispenser first before sending doge out

this way that should work out better without unknown troubles
