As of now, I think the compromise could be, you cannot produce a valid fake pepe unless you've produced a real pepe in the past and maybe you were hand selected by one of the real pepe artists to join the fake pepe movement. This way, you'll have a mix of the original OGs and new entrants into the project. But, of course, up to the OGs if they like the idea
