- Every card, not being a certified rare Pepe is per se a fake rare. do they have to be Pepe themed (or is it also excluding SoG, Bitcorn, Penisium, etc…)
- there would be a fixed number of possible fake rares
- There would be a directory, kind of like rarepepedirectory
- There would be some kind of card/pepecash variant used/burnt to submit a card to the series -
- The series would include the old, rejected or never submitted Pepes

Genesis or Series 0 cards (2014-18 potentially) could be grandfathered without need to burn
