You can use the enhanced.cards or pay a $5 fee to coindaddy. The EC site will create the json for you, I believe. As far as loading the actual file, you’ll have to decide if you want to host it yourself via Imgur or piñata, or similar. Does that help?

after you do an export from whatever is making your gif:
* open in photoshop
* save for web
* optimise on screen
* reduce colours if you can
* ensure you're not over exporting size wise
* try the different diffusion/dither mode
* remove transparency stuff if unused -
i got a 34 meg down to 7 meg with this yesterday
