a simple app might be one where you scan your friends public key with your phone, pick an opponent after it reads his wallet, then the app goes into battle mode, either the fight is automatic or the users can influence. kind of like those gigapets a while back. maybe can even place a bet somehow on blockchain before fight or the winner gets losers card etc. not that simple to code probably 😄

I don't know how telegram bots work, but a neat idea would be if you could be like "/ trade 1 BTC for 1000 XCP @theogoodman"
And then theo would get a direct message from the bot like, please generate a signed Counterparty tx to order 1 BTC for 1000 XCP. And then Theo would respond with the on broadcasted, but valid tx. Then the seller would broadcast their sell order and theos buy order. Worst case scenario, the seller broadcasts Theo's buy without broadcasting a sell to match, but Theo already signed that he was willing to buy, so it's not that big a deal, someone else might fill it, or it will expire. And you can also just make the expiration like 1-3 blocks. -
