What is happening and why is this $6800 level so important?

As shown yesterday we are forming an inverse Head and Shoulders formation, this means that the price has rejected multiple times from the same resistance and made a fall back to eventually return to the same resistance. In the chart shown below I have zoomed in to the 1 hour time frame where you can see our 'famous box'. The box represents the strong resistance line that is the base of the inverse Head and Shoulders formation.

The reason that this will be such a Bullish movement if we break through is because the resistance has proven to be very strong. As you can see at the multiple arrows each attempt to break the resistance failed. You can imagine this like a wall being upheld while Bulls are storming the wall, the wall will hold for a certain amount of time until they finally break through. If we then finally break the resistance (the wall) it will be a sign that the Bulls have won from the Bears and we will likely see a strong move upwards.

Because we are now forming a very Bullish formation, (inverse Head and Shoulders) the likely hood that we will break through is much greater. This all has to do with human psychology, all the traders see the same formation and because of this they start buying instead of selling, thus increasing the strength of the Bulls.

As I said before try to look for similarities in the charts as history tends to repeat itself. If you look at the two yellow marked eclipses we are creating the same movement as we did last time we bounced up in the triangle. Also, we can see a small Bullish Divergence on the CCI indicator and it is at its highest point since December. All positive sentiment saying we have a shot at breaking out of the triangle.
