Could I see artists having a problem with this, yes. But the artists also had no problem taking the token buyers money.

I’m not sure exactly what is fair, but a baseline should be established for everyone.

And a big problem with all of this is it’s almost impossible to know who that artist is most of the time. No terms and conditions on the token sale.

If a token seller has terms and conditions, they should be listed at time of sale. Not after the fact.

Kek comes out with all these rules, will he buy back all the tokens he sold me? Probably not.

Kek didn’t even issue all these assets. So what about the terms and conditions before he acquired them? What about the token buyers before he bought these assets, now the rules change for them after the fact?

I have no problem following terms and conditions, if they are listed at time of asset creation.

Buyers deserve the right to know.

I personally think it’s fine to print a copy of a card you’ve bought. I think it’s fine to print a copy of a card you haven’t bought, I think it’s fine to print any image you want to print a personal copy of. Ownership is the token in your wallet and that’s what matters, anything else is just a copy. I think we’ve all been ‘borrowing’ ahem ‘inspired’ by the creative talent of others (as all artist should), so it’s a funny space to be getting too serious about.

I would be more than happy to pay artists or asset issuers for prints. Someone should open up dispensers and sell print tokens. But I defiantly think original token holders should be able to print an original.

Who’s gonna know? It can’t be policed on a personal use level. If you want a big A1 PEPEAIR in your living room just take it man.

If you want to print off one of my images for a tee intended for your own wardrobe I think that’s fair use. If you want to print 1000 and sell them then I’d like a percentage lol

Agree that’s fair. I’d love for you to setup a print dispenser and I’ll buy some.

And print X copies, 1 per print token. It’s cooler having a print NFT with it anyways.

I’d actually probably buy two per T-shirts, to put one image on tag.
