enforced royalties can be done once we have a VM... not now... and, personally not a fan of forced royalties/fees... I could easily update freewallet to force a small tx fee to be paid to me on every tx... but, that feels scammy/icky to me... PPL should be able to use the system without having to pay a forced fee beyond the BTC miners fee.

I will just continue to rely on donations to keep CP funded for now... once we get a VM, we can have a GAS token which will be used to pay VM gas fees... that VM GAS could be just recycled into a community/developer fund rather than being destroyed.... that could provide some consistent income and dev funds for CP.

still much to work out with the VM and gas... some ppl proposed recycling XCP used in asset registrations and such to a CP dev fund... but, I am against that as well, since from day 1 the promise was XCP would be deflationary... cant go back on that deal and start recycling XCP fees from asset registrations..... if we decide to use XCP for the VM gas mechanism, perhaps THAT xcp could go into a dev fund.... tho kinda think XCP and the VM gas should be separate tokens.
