if you could theoretically create "custom" rare pepe (or any xcp asset) "slot machines" then the user may find one that is underpriced and maybe a high chance to roll a high value card since the original "slot machine creator" will set the chances for dropping specific cards - bad odds means no one will "roll" it - amazing odds means more incentive to try

"slot machine creator" could either 1. make BTC (or other assets) that exceeds the worth of the cards in the slot machine or 2. the user "gets really lucky" and dispenses a card worth much more
