BTC/XCP and BTC/[token] pairs are also trustless, but require one extra step. Its called BTCpay and is only supported by the Desktop version of Freewallet.io at the moment -

thanks. io feared as much and mentioned my suspicion to Bryan on twitter. there are quite a few scams the selling 0.1 for same price and not noticing when buying but than can be down to buyer error i suppose but the big price paid for tx fee when i trebled mine anyway made me very suspicious. so its gone then. happened to me about a year ago and stopped using xchain for 6 months as was so annoyed lol. thoyght had done everything right. it was only a suspicion i had thanks for confirming

i have the latest version of desktop freewallet installed, thats what i used. i have seen the option of using btcpay on dispensers when using a dispenser for a card and pay in btc, but not when buying xcp with btc?

i appreciate the help , although rarepepe and trading community community are very tight and trustworthy and in it for the art and collecting and trading ofc, scammers will be sitting in background and figured ways of scamming as they do in all fields of crypto i guess. now this happened a couple of times i knew there had to be something scammy as i did all my checks and paid higher fee and refreshed page befroe sending, triplechecked everything. time it happened before listing was days old and odds were 1000's - 1 someone would buy seconds after me and pay big tx unless buyer buying his own, also when i had time once before to cancel there was bugs in the freewallet console not allowing you to cancel transaction even when entered so up against it on many levels. collecting on btc is great and for the puritan but with all this and the steep learning curve, i mean im not an expert but not a noob either, with the recent developments with emblem vault i would think more and more ends up wrapped tbh

seems likely someone in the shadows we dont know. but who knows. the purchase instantly moving few minutes later the xcp to unused wallet is unusual as well. its only happened when buying everything in the dispenser and been hit twice. its asad as pretty much cant be trusted to use safely anymore is always heart in mouth even when paying high transaction fees which are getting higher, eth levels some days with eth lower levels.
