for me works when I send to that particular address little bit extra btc. Because once wallet is stuck then no fee changing helps. Maybe it's just for me 🤔

rarepepewallet shows reccomended fee 0.00004488 for like couple month when actual fee was 0.0001 -0.0004. So I guess a lot tx get stuck for people. I check sometimes on freewallet what is actual fee and then adjust on pepewallet if want to use rpw.

I was suggesting to send fresh btc into address you have problems. Then it somehow clears things up. More technical guys here could perhaps explain better. In my rpw if it show error then no matter how high I st fee it is still error because of previous tx got stuck. Or perhaps you can do you tx using freewallet asd then it works.

As example: I sent like 0.0003btc to address I am having problems with and then it was all goos again. Very noob explaination but it worked for me many many times.
