Token sweeps in counterwallet are notorious for breaking..... I would suggest you just use freewallet.io desktop wallet and import the private key for your address rather than sweep..... it will just add the address to your wallet and you can use it like a normal address...... so you can just "send" your assets like you would normally, versus a "sweep" which tries to move everything from one address to another (and often fails) -

"sweep" doens't move all in one tx.... it does separate sends for every asset/BTC... so the exact same as if you were to login to the wallet and send each asset individually

sweep is one action you can perform... but each asset it needs to move is a separate tx and a separate fee.... TL;DR... sweep won't save you any fees
