i hope user of @pepevote realize the predicament they put themselves into by participation.
If anyone has seen your pepe, there is _no_ chance it will ever be approved. You see part of the requirements of being RarePepe is that the art has not yet been published. However, if users submit art to pepevote it will no longer be secret. Therefore any pepe submitted to be voted on, is already disqualified from (official) RarePepe submissions if they may ever open again. (ttbomk)
HOWEVER, this is a really interesting mechanism being developed. I'm told it should work with any xcp assets and will be made opensource after completion. Therefore voting could be weighted by ownership of any asset or collection. This functionality seems very resonate with traditional corporations where stockholders vote where to steer the ship.
For these reasons, I advise you to cautiously participate in the development. Please try out the website, and contribute to the discussion by staying on topic. thanks :D
