I’m with JDog here dude, XCER have only created physicals for cards they hold, not created something additional. It’s the same token just physically manifested. Plus it’s further marketing of the card. Good for everyone.

But, that said and to your point, ownership of image rights in this space is still in its infancy. I would like to think a common sense approach would best be applied as most images ‘borrow’ from, or are strongly influenced by other existing images. We ourselves are living in a glass house.
