I just shaved around $1500 off the combined reserves, dropping from over $5000 in reserves to $3682 in reserves against a floor of over $8600.
Reserve to Floor Ratio for all of tomorrow's Lots is now 42.8% and I find between 40% to 45% to be the sweet spot to balance seller returns against good value for buyers.
