personally im also from a third world country and have had good and dark times in terms of financial situation and just i had gone at one point in time when had to for some years most of the time get by per day and divide likd 2 instant noodle for 5 of us like my senior parents and two kids we just put soup to make it plenty and some neighbors helped with rice or bread gave birth in charity and almost got paralized for some premed practicng on me and just anyways i was considered by govt as no formal education cos parents just tutored us and had alternative schooling and i feel is more important that with times of situations taht are economically challenging is attitude and learning how to learn and adapt to situations being resilient is i guess so valuable ... it isnt fair to tell someone they lack this and that and make them feel like loser or something but just an input im not against giving charity to kids or people who need it just remembered what helped when i was in similar situation
