We airdropped 10% of each crime family token to the people listed on https://counterparty.io/donate/ as well as many other community members (over 360). Airdrops went to community members, RAREPEPEPRTY holders, BITCORN holders, and various telegram users who have been giving their addresses in telegram for weeks. The game is built on Counterparty so we felt it was best to start our game by giving something back to the community members which work on Counterparty and keep improving it. Each of the airdrops had to be planned out in order to ensure that the families were the same size (73 members) when the game starts. We hope this answers your questions about the Airdrops.

No, Players got airdropped different amounts. There are different levels in the game based on how much TOKEN you own. Boss, Consigliere, Underboss, Caporegime, Soldier, and Associate. Just like the real mafia. Players had to be established at each level of the family. This is why players got dropped different amounts.

I see you've given all existing assets from pepe (and it seems bitcorns) 'attack 5 defense 5' irrespective of issuance, so I presume (to avoid giving insane amounts of power to cards with high issuance like pepecash) the attack/defense are divided out among all holders

Currently the Mafia Wars game includes cards from all other Counterparty game projects that we are aware of. Users can submit additional cards for inclusion in the game. The cards can look like a trading card, but it is not required. The game is open to all card artwork (vehicles, properties, Electronics, etc), not just mafia-themed cards.
Cards from other Counterparty games are included and playable in Mafia Wars and have been given a base statistic of attack: 5 and defense: 5. Card statistics by default are Unlocked (can be changed by the card owner). Once a card owner has changed their card statistics and The Commission approves the changes, the card statistics become locked and can no longer be changed.
The Card statistics listed in the game count towards 1 card (i.e 1 Card = 5 attack, 2 cards = 10 attack, etc.)
Each held card counts towards in-game performance up to a maximum quantity of 5 cards. This limit is to discourage hoarding of cards and encourage fair game play.
Some of the card statistics may be adjusted by The Commission as the game progresses to ensure a fun gaming experience and a level playing field for all players. -

Can there be a rule that all sub assets need to be issued and locked at time of asset submission? If there is worry of a limited version being released in the future it may hurt the liquidity of cards?
