Using BTC on the Counterparty DEX is a 2-step process due to the fact that BTC can not be escrowed on the DEX, so you have to 1.) Place an order to buy XCP for BTC... then 2.) The order matches with an XCP seller... then 3.) You need to send the BTC payment within 20 blocks of the order match, or the order match expires.... that is why you see overlap in price.... some orders have matched, but expired because the buyer did not pay the BTC in the 20 block window

Freewallet.io desktop wallet has an auto-BTCpay feature that I built into the wallet to make using BTC on the DEX easier..... so... if you use freewallet.io desktop and have access to the exchange interface, you can use BTC on the DEX just like other assets.... just gotta leave the client open and it will monitor for any BTC order matches and either A.) Automatically send the BTC for the order match (Auto-BTCpay)... or B.) Notify you of an order match and tell you that you have X blocks to pay (Manual-BTCpay).

In counterwallet you have to manually send the btcpay transaction.... I believe you do so by pasting in the matching order info like TX1HASH_TX2HASH and then the system handles sending the BTCpay to the correct address (the matching order address)
