As we have stated from the beginning of this project, the development of features on this project is dependent on a number of features, including price of XCP appreciation.

Specifically :

Use of Proceeds
- The XCP received through the Token Sale process will be used for development, maintenance, and stable availability of the MafiaWars.io game and website.

Development
- This refers to the development and operational costs of the project. This includes client, backend and infrastructure development, blockchain work, development of all game features, design, graphics and all necessary upgrades.

Hosting Costs
- A large portion of these proceeds will be used for a minimum of 5 years worth of hosting a Counterparty federated node and maintaining the MafiaWars.io website.

Risks
- We are dependent on raising funds in the token sale to fund certain features that we plan to integrate into the MafiaWars.io game. If we raise substantially less than our token sale goal, we will have a difficult time completing the project.

- In the event the value of XCP fluctuates unfavorably during or after the token sale, we may be limited in our ability to fund future development projects or to maintain the game.

- There may be substantial other risks that are not foreseen or outlined here. All purchases of the Mafia Wars family tokens (BONANNO, COLOMBO, GAMBINO, GENOVESE, LUCCHESE) are subject to your own risk.

Please also refer to the 'Launching' section, and you can see that we have met all of the milestones promised in the Token sale document.

Unfortunately, the price of XCP has not appreciated as we had hoped, and as a result the bulk of our token sale funds have gone to secure hosting of our website, services, and Counterparty Federated Node for the full 5 years the game will run, rather than development of additional features.

We have discussed adding some additional features to the game, including some of the features you mentioned such as a fight system, mission cards, and a few other features. However, we do not characterize these as "broken promises", as you have called them, as at the time we were discussing possible features for the game when players were showing interest in the game and creating cards monthly, but no promises to develop these features were made.

We continue to hope that the price of XCP will rise in the coming months, and that users will show more interest in game development by creating more MafiaWars game cards. However, this is an idle game which requires the participation of users and creation of cards in order for the families to grow and the game to continue to be "fun". The game was designed to be an idle game, so that the game will continue to play out for 5 years regardless of if cards are created monthly or not, and the monthly dividends have been paid out on time every month since the beginning of the game, as promised in the Token Sale document.

As to the purchase of XCP 9 months ago using BTC which was sent to the 1MafiamRRxzhUH5errEEJK2G4Q1ZjXoEgE address BEFORE the token sale, this purchase of XCP was to cover additional server hosting and operating costs since the price of XCP has gone down considerably in the past few years. This purchase was made with our own funds (not any from the game), and came from our own pockets to support the game (we are spending our own money to support the game, since all Token Sale funds have already been spent supporting the game), so it is not something we feel we need to explain, however in the interest of openness, we have.

Our hope is that users continue to show interest in playing the game by creating more game cards each month, and that the XCP price appreciates in the future, allowing us fund additional developers to work on this project and add some of the features discussed in the past.
