One idea would be that the directory has blocksize limit. Therefore is limited resource. Burn half of the paid pepecash every week like now. Theoritically it would cost more and more to submit a rare pepe over time as pepecash rises in value. People would have to pool together money to submit their pepe and they would probably make better quality pepes. If noone submits after a week, the directory closes its doors forever and preserves the rareness of all pepes inside. Just an idea i was playing with.
