the way addresses are generated from your passphrase is the same no matter what wallet you use (rpw, cw, indiesquare)

when you click "add" its just showing you the next address your passphrase generates

the algorithm just increases an integer to generate the address

which means i've hardcoded the available addresses to show your 0,1,2,3,4,5

if you use the same passphrase in counterwallet that you use in rpw, the first cw address will match the top address you see in that screenshot
