It's a free market and people have said I should force people to donate a percentage to booster packs but decided against that. But I also have the right to give preference to artists that actually work to distribute. Not singling out finest rares. I dont want a future where I'm hosting website or wallet with cards so rare the market isn't moving at all. Which is why the bottom limit was put in place.
