Tux has been nothing but pleasant experiences for me. Unfortunately, they are a business, and they can't send xcp assets out at a loss - thats not good business. The issue is that due to how XCP works, they need to perform twice the transactions to give you an asset as you would need to perform.

So their send fee requirement is equivalent to sending two fees at the same time
