Regarding unconfirmed txs not showing up in rpw, this is due to the large mempool and the fact that unconfirmed txs are pulled from a different node than the one that you push the Tx to the network with -
The txid is available whenever you perform a Tx in the form of a blocktrail link

If you click the link and blocktrail doesn't have a record of the Tx, you should try searching the txid on blockchain.info or insight.bitpay.com

It's most likely just a delay in blocktrail picking it up

Also low Tx fees will only make the issue worse for you
