I know this has probably been asked before but I don't see it: Where can I find an overview on how dispensers work and how to create them

FreeWallet: create a new address, the create dispenser from menu.

To setup a dispenser on a new/emtpy address... you will need to go into your wallet and find an new/unused address which has not history associated with it... copy that address and then when you go to create a dispenser, paste in the new/empty address into the "Dispensers" field... A dispensers will be created on that new address, and tokens will be taken from your current address to fund the dispenser being setup on the new address.... Should save you some BTC fees (previously had to a.) send BTC to new address B.) send ASSET to new address C.) Setup dispenser... 3 transcations... 3 transaction fees... now just 1 transactions, 1 transaction fee)
