Almost anything that is on eth could be ported into counterparty its just the scripts are not dynamic (like eth smart contracts) instead they have to get baked into the protocol. probably the only thing we are really missing is something like residual/aftermarket commision - but you probably cant just suddenly add that to the model of the existing card sets.
