No, when claiming the card you can enter any Bitcoin addres and claim it. The wallet address is populated with your local bitcoin wallet address, but you can change the destination address to whatever you would like to claim a gift card. -
The whole point of the wallet is to be able to interact with the site. What would the point of a "watch-only" wallet be? You would not be able to buy, sell, send, gift.

Most heat reducing staff card I have seen is "FACEOFF" -250 heat..... other than that, I think the next highest heat reducing card is -100 per card.
