Dispenser close when they are manually closed by the dispenser operator... or when they run out of funds to dispense..... You can setup a dispenser to sell something for 25 BTC now, and in 10 years, that dispenser will still be there ready to sell at that price... no expiring dispensers like expiring orders on the DEX

No, there is no automatic refund process on dispensers.... a dispenser just watches for a BTC payment of a set amount and if that set amount is met, then the dispenser triggers and credits the BTC address with a card

I am working on a new blockchain explorer which makes dispensers easier to understand/use.... including showing you all dispensers on an address... showing you all incoming pending dispenser payments, and change messaging to tell users to NOT send BTC payments if dispenser is close to empty and pending BTC payments are incoming
