Did you request the withdrawal through the wallet and confirm the withdrawal email?

No I was familiarizing the UI before depositing anything and noticed xcp withdrawal was a greyed out option

It would be better to look for a dispenser instead of using dex-trade, I do not recommend it

I think it’s greyed out if you have no funds in that currency to withdraw -
But yes, dispenser is far easier and safer, as long as you don’t hit it with a low fee same time as someone else empties with a higher fee.
