you can, just crack the vault so you can use the phrase/key -
pros: easier to see/browse/place buy/sell orders on DEX for pepes on RPW or free wallet -
cons: may be harder to sell since a lot of new buyers are only familiar with OpenSea/ETH and if you want to sell it on OS in the future you need to revault the pepe

I didnt check the dispenser and if the dispenser is legit then yes . He prob should buy a very cheap card from a dispenser to understand the process before a big purchase. Also, be sure to check mempool.ninja before ant transaction to be sure there isn’t a pending transaction before you. Dispensers have complexities and everyone should practice small transactions, checkinf mempool etc. Before taking advice from prople in a chat room.
