I just had a bunch of assets stolen on Opensea and I have proof it was as a complete result of their contract. my keys were not compromised and it was 100% their contract. I'm from Michigan, I have a home in Monroe and Ann Arbor. This just happened to me in July and you really need to read my thread explaining the absolute negligence Opensea used in "protecting" me and my account, coincidentally it was when they FINALLY did something after 2 reports of theft were reported many hours apart and went without any response, it was so clear that their contract holds everyone who has NFTs on Opensea, is completely at the mercy of that damn contract. I can promise you I have the best evidence you could ever need in your case. Please contact me and we can discuss it further and maybe you can litigate mine.

i sent that as a direct message to him, the problem i see and my corp lawyers said too, is that unless its a massive amount lost opensea will most likely have continuance after continuance filed and in turn costing people a crazy amount in lawyer fees that it probably wont be worth it, AN I HAVE THEM DEAD TO RIGHTS TOO. this is the problem with me going after them on mine because i only have 50-60k lost from direct loss, punitively, who knows and thats a guess no matter how you spell punitively looooool

In some cases a scammer will see your unconfirmed txn, quickly send their own txn to close the dispenser (with a high txn fee so that it's confirmed before yours) & then just keep the BTC that you sent them while the closed dispenser sends you nothing. (this is most likely automated, i would think)
