Yeah, for the record Arthur's was $26K at Theo's auction and mine was 1000 XCP in XCP I bought at between $22.50 and $25 each.

I do take the shot on this one, chainer asked me time ago and when you asked me I finally put it on the planning, but let's say the beginning of the year hasn't been the more expected in any front.
Definitely not being under specific instructions to focus on other things before this or even less on instructions to not to fix it, but more me prioritizing the efforts to what has came in a more marked way in the calendar. Circunstancially, as the current notables collection, or out of my control as Curated Collections from EV (which is in what I'm focused right now).
I don't see why I/we could have any interest in harming Rares, I don't have many Rares myself because I came late both to crypto and to Pepes, but definitely "we" have some notable collections around.
I've always tried to keep a balance between developments in the way that can benefit the overall space, the already existing one and the new one approaching from other angles (call me naive but I've always thought the more exposure pepewtf may have for any collections, it will benefit the rest cause is bringing eyes that maybe wouldn't have approached).

What if there was a decentralized auditor? For example, a museum plans to hold an exhibition. They fill a form and sign message in the museum's addy. Then a decentralized auditor inscribes to blockchain the date, location, BTC address which is holding pepes, duration and a list of all pepes that will be presented at the exhibition. Then, during the exhibition, each pepe will have a QR code confirming the location of the exhibition and the presence of the pepe at the museum's BTC address. Visitors will only need to install the auditor's application on their mobile phone and scan the QR code. Therefore, this way it is possible to verify both the presence of the pepe at the museum's address and that the pepe in this addy is reserved and can only be exhibited in this museum at the moment for a specific duration. In addition to this information, a description of the artwork (series, card number, supply, artist, year of issuance, price history etc.) and possibly history of creation and early sketches if available can be added.
If during the exhibition the museum decides to move some pepes to another address, then visitors will immediately receive a notification about it in the application. Additionally, the auditor will have an escrow wallet and charge for admission and automatically transfer payment to the museum after the exhibition. If the museum moves any pepes during the time reserved for the exhibition, the visitors will automatically be refunded from escrow wallet.
If such an app gains popularity, it will be able to collect a percentage of the payment to finance the development team. That is, it will generate profit for further development opportunities. Additionally, the auditor's app will serve as a digital collectibles events schedule worldwide and as additional advertising for museums and exhibitions. So, there is a ready-to-use business model here. -
Most likely at the moment this is feasible only on the Ethereum blockchain. But if Counterparty will have smartcontracts and oracles in the future, then it will be possible to make such a Proof of Pepe on XCP chain
