top addresses are exchange addresses... bittrex, poloniex, and dex-trade... bittrex and polo delisted xcp years ago.. their position is that the XCP in their wallet is not theirs, but exchange users who failed to withdraw the XCP before the delisting date.... its a weird limb-o land... been some proposals floated in the past about re-appropriating xcp from these dead addresses and re-distributing to existing XCP holders based on their currentl holdings.... but, its kinda against the ethos of XCP, so not sure if it'll ever become a reality... tho, with XCP supply in such short supply, perhaps one day 🙂

I've had that online handle since the early 90s and my BBS days... my name is Jeremy.. so J-Dog made sense... also the "jdogresorg" username comes from a domain I used to own for many years resentment.org (where the resorg part comes from)... sold it a few years ago to some christian ministry group that used it to promote their seminars... funny story there, I told them I wanted X price for it before I knew they were a church... they came back to me and told me they took up a collection and had met my purchase price 😛

"error signing" is an issue with your specific wallet... if you get to signing.. that means you were able to communicate with CP and generate the transaction, so CP is working fine.

try switching to a different address and then back to the original address and try again... try closing and reopening freewallet.. as a final step, try removing your wallet entirely and restoring it using your 12-word passphrase.
