you can use decentralized counterparty tools i.e.
1) DEx pairs (PEPECASH/XCP)
2) Dispesers
or there is pepecash listing on the centralized exchange dex-trade.com

the volume is quite low on dex-trade and the books are thin but it's a full normal exchange platform

Has anyone used dex trade in a while? I remember they were slow for withdrawals from time to time but I was able to pull btc out in 2021 with no issue

i use dex-trade all the time. the site is slow and the withdraw fees are expensive

but they have never done anything sketchy to me

and never heard from anyone that they had problems that were not resolved (there has been problems but they seem to fix them)
