step 2:
START THE FERMENTER
burn BITCORNMASH to 1RareSpiritssssssssssssssssuHeqrs with memo of: numeric asset id in hex (8 bytes) + ripemd160 of json (20 bytes) + bottle type (1 byte) + fermentation time, minumum is 2 weeks / 288 blocks and maximum is 2 months / 8640 blocks (2 bytes) + distill time, 5 to 8 hrs / 30 to 48 blocks (1 byte)

step 3:
ADD PEPES DURING FERMENTATION
burn rare pepes to 1RareSpiritssssssssssssssssuHeqrs with same memo as in step 2

step 4:
DISTILLING
After the fermentation period is over any additional burned pepes are not included, the move from fermenting to distilling is automatic

step 5:
BOTTLING
Lock numeric asset after the distilling period, the bottle is then capped and creation process is complete. The rare spirits are ready and available to send or sell.

Notes:

"Ruining the batch"
If any of the following situations occur, the batch is ruined and rare spirits will not be considered valid.
* If the issued asset in step 1 is sent, orders placed, or additional issuances prior to step 5
* The lock tx in step 5 must be completed after the distilling period
