there are two ways to stop this attack.
1. when opening dispenser , the wallet has to checksum if it has the corresponding private key from the address you want to open dispenser on. should go red if you dont have it.
2. if there is a need to open dispensers on cold wallets for some users, and they do not want to import the corresponding keys in to freewallet- there should be an option to use the signature of wallet ownership when opening dispensers.

in simple words you have to have the private key or at least signature of signed message(could be date stamp or what ever) from the addy you want to open dispenser on to.

if this will not be taken in to account. any 18 year old with 500$ can spam counterparty layer to shit.

they also have to understand that this attack is ongoing at first place. if they didnt even noticed this. then RIP xcp

sweep was a little use case for XCP. 0.5 used every sweep. so its kinda against utility and it is one of the bugs that shouldnt take months to be fixed
